Mission Yozakura Family episode 5 review: Mutsumi goes on a date
With Taiyo's mission successfully completed, he can finally have a moment of rest to make some plans for his wife. Now he can have a normal conversation with her, joke around with her or even go on a date.
But sadly, it was too good to be true, and he had a pretty big problem for all the stunts he pulled after becoming a spy. Suddenly, he was approached by a policeman who took Taiyo away. Not only that, Taiyo was also forcibly detained and interrogated about all the suspicious things he had done in the past days. Apparently, someone posted pictures of him from his missions on the dark web and his life as a normal schoolboy was completely over.
The police officer also tries to threaten Taiyo to get him to name his teammates, because clearly he is not the only one performing all these dangerous missions. But Taiyo is a trustworthy hero, refusing to reveal the names of anyone in the Yozakura family. The results of this boldness are quite interesting.
After this incident, we see another scene where Taiyo is very worried about the state of his relationship with his new wife. Even he understands that he and Mutsumi don't have time together and therefore, they can't act like a normal couple. Taiyo also discovered that spies have the highest divorce rate because of lack of communication, etc. So, to avoid such a fate, Taiyo decided to take Mutsumi somewhere. But it's easier said than done to take a day off in the life of a spy and therefore, at the last moment, he has to go out on a mission. However, don't lose hope because things will turn out quite romantic towards the end.
Verdict
Now this anime has got a pretty good pace and is going with it. The relationship between the characters is strengthened and Mutsumi and Taiyo are closer than ever. This show has turned out to be quite an enjoyable watch, certainly entertaining and funny, but nothing serious yet so don't expect much drama here.
If you haven't watched this yet, please do because you will definitely love it.
