The latest character concept video has been released for the animated series Donghua To Be Hero X, highlighting the fourth ranked hero, Ghostblade. The series is scheduled to air in Japan in 2025, and Crunchyroll will stream the anime worldwide, excluding Asia.
The concept video focuses on the masked silent assassin's skills and previews his main theme song “For You” by series co-composer Hideyuki Fukasawa.

Li Haolin is credited as the original writer and is serving as director for the donghua series, in collaboration with bilibili and Aniplex. Hiroyuki Sawano is composing the main theme song of the movie “Jeopardy”. Sawano, Kohta Yamamoto, Kenmochi Hidefumi, DAIKI (AWSM.), Shuhei Mutsuki, Fukasawa, Misaki Umase and Ryuichi Takada (monaca) all serve as composers. BeDream is handling the animation production for the series.

The next series, To Be Heroine, aired in May 2018, and was animated by Studio LAN and Haoliners Animation League. Haolin previously directed both series.
