The official website for the television anime adaptation of Hatsuharu’s A Girl & Her Guard Dog (Ojō to Banken-kun) manga has begun posting a promotional video ahead of the anime’s premiere on Thursday. The video introduces the ending theme song “Magie×Magie” by Kitō.

The anime will premiere Thursday on TOKYO MX, Yomiuri TV, and BS Asahi channels. The anime’s production team first announced that it would premiere in October. The first two episodes of the anime were previewed in Japan on September 3 at United Cinemas Toyosu in Tokyo.
Publisher Kodansha USA is releasing the manga digitally in English and describes the series:
