A non-credit version of Tieing the Knot with the Amagami Sisters' ending animation sequence, which features attractive character drawings and animations of the story's three Amagami sisters, has been uploaded to KING's YouTube channel AMUSEMENT CREATIVE.
Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister's ED animation is written and directed by Umamusume: Beginning of a New Era's Ken Yamamoto (other roles include directing Pokémon: Hisuian Snow as well as writing and directing the opening beginning of Princess Connect Re: Dive Season 2). Yamamoto is also one of two key animators.

The romantic comedy anime debuted in Japan on October 2 at 12 a.m. JST and is streaming on Crunchyroll and Bilibili. It is based on the manga by Marcey Naito published at Kodansha, which was originally a one-shot released in Weekly Shonen Magazine in 2020. Kodansha USA describes the manga as:
The manga began serialization in 2021, and 16 tankoubon volumes have been released as of August 2024.
