Bandai Namco Entertainment announced on Thursday that the That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime series will have an action role-playing game titled That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime ISEKAI Chronicles for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC via Steam on August 8. The game will feature two new stories from the author of the original Fuse novel: The Goblin's Revenge Arc and the Religious Nation Arc. The original story will also be included. The game will feature action-packed battles and city building for the Jura Tempest Federation. Characters include Rimuru, Benimaru, Shion, Ranga, Shuna, Gobta, Soei, Hakuro and Diablo. Rimuru can learn special moves from other characters by maximizing his relationship with them. Players can power up their characters through Tempest Resonance by developing their city.
The third season of the game TV series That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime (Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken) premiered on April 5. Crunchyroll is streaming the series as it airs and is also streaming a dub. English.
The first television anime adaptation of Taiki Kawakami's manga, an adaptation of the light novel series by Fuse and Mitz Vah, premiered in October 2018. Crunchyroll streamed the anime and FUNimation Entertainment streamed it. English dub.
Fuse serialized the story on “Shōsetsuka ni Narō” (Let's become a novelist) from 2013 to 2016, and the series has since garnered more than 400 million page views. Micro Magazine began publishing the series in print in 2014. The novel entered its 18th volume in March 2021. Fuse has previously announced that he is considering writing the series. spinoffs after the current series is completed. Fuse plans to end the series with the 22nd volume.
