On November 17, Ohta Publishing shared on Twitter that Takako Shimura’s “Awajima Hyakkei” manga will resume publication on November 27. Shimura himself announced the return on his Twitter and mentioned that the manga will end in the upcoming three chapters.
The final chapter was released in August 2022, and after a hiatus in 2019, it resumed monthly publication in January 2022.

Launched in July 2011 in Ohta Publishing’s online magazine PocoPoco, the coming-of-age series revolves around girls at an opera school, with each chapter focusing on a different girl. . The fourth compilation volume was released in August 2022.
Takako Shimura, known for “Wandering Son” and “Sweet Blue Flower,” both of which were adapted into anime series in 2011 and 2009 respectively, also provided original character designs for anime like Aldnoah.Zero and Battery the Animation.
Fantagraphics Books and Viz Media are responsible for releasing the works in North America, while Seven Seas handles “Even Thought We’re Adults” digitally and in print.
