The latest character PV trailer has been released for the upcoming Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online II television anime series, highlighting the dangerous Pitohui. The anime is scheduled to open in Japan on October 4, 2024.

Some of the staff from the first season are returning to work on the second season. Masayuki Sakoi is directing the second season, with Yosuke Kuroda serving as series writer and scriptwriter, and Yoshio Kozakai as character designer. Studio 3Hz is credited with producing the animation, although it was announced in June that the studio had transferred planning and production to A-1 Pictures.
Meanwhile, the anime's main voice cast includes:

The anime is based on the light novel series written by Kino's Journey author Keiichi Sigsawa and illustrated by Kouhaku Kuroboshi. The series is published under ASCII Media Works' Dengeki Bunko label, launched on December 10, 2014, and has released 13 volumes as of March 2023. A manga adaptation illustrated by Tadachi Tamori was also released. in 2015.

In the world of guns and steel that is Gun Gale Online, LLENN is a dedicated female solo gamer.
