Solo Leveling: Revenge For Murder episode 7 review and summary
Jinwoo finally returned home after the traumatic experience battle he had in the dungeon. Before, it wasn’t a problem for him to kill monsters in dungeons, but because this time he killed humans, everything affected his mental health. Additionally, we must remember that it was not one person but six that he had to mercilessly slaughter in order to survive. This experience certainly made him stronger, but he also realized he was no longer as scared of the act as he was before.
Jinwoo also noticed an interesting skill in him, which was the ability to detoxify anything that entered his body. Even if he drinks more than one can of beer, everything is detoxified and he doesn’t get drunk. This ability helped him a lot later when he was in serious danger. However, he could not escape trouble when the person he killed was none other than the brother of a very famous S-rank hunter, Hwang Dongsoo. This element takes the whole thing to a new level as now the hunter association cannot drop the investigation like they could have done with other hunters.
Not only the association but Dongsoo himself was also unwilling to let his brother’s murder go. And even without any real evidence that it was a murder, he was still pretty sure that the two survivors were the ones who killed Dongsook and his teammates. I suspect Dongsoo might be a problem for Jinwoo in the future. Hopefully until then, Jinwoo will be capable of handling this situation on his own.
But the highlight of the episode was definitely when Jinwoo was offered another secret side mission. This time he receives the key to the Demon Castle dungeon, whose difficulty level is S rank. Therefore, we can suspect that this dungeon is an S rank dungeon and for very good reasons worth.
If Jinwoo cleaned it, he could get his hands on the elixir of life, a medicine that could cure all diseases. And this is something he desperately needs for his mother’s survival.
Verdict
This was another very good episode, in the first half we see the consequences of what Jinwoo did. And in the second half, we were overwhelmed by Jinwoo’s fighting intensity.
This match was easily one of the best we’ve ever seen. So without further ado, watch this episode immediately.
