Crunchyroll describes the main synopsis of ZENSHU as follows:
After graduating from high school, Tsuko Hirose began her career as an animator. Her talent quickly flourished and she soon debuted as a director. Her first anime became a huge hit, causing a social phenomenon and helping her be recognized as a promising genius director. Her next project will be a romantic comedy themed about first love! However, because she had never been in love, Natsko had difficulty understanding the concept of first love and as a result, she was unable to create a storyboard, causing the film's production process to come to a standstill.
