Let's start this episode with Torako Koshi because it turns out she's actually the student council president in addition to being the Deer Club president.
So while Koshitan is enjoying her double life as an honor student and caretaker of Noko Shikanoko, someone wants to bring her down.
And that would be Neko Nekoyamada, the student council vice president who has a deep hatred for Koshitan. Why does Neko hate Koshitan?
That's because Torako Koshi defeated her in the student council election a year ago. Despite being a former delinquent, Koshitan still wins over everyone's opinions with her charisma.
And by the way, it turns out Neko is really small and she has a portable stool to stand on. It's no wonder Nekoyamada lost the presidential election because no one paid attention to her because she was short.
Now let's introduce the two student council staff starting with Chiharu Tsubameya, the treasure who doesn't say much other than get the job done.
For President Koshitan, it was difficult to talk nicely to Chiharu because she was a quiet person.
That is until Tsubameya visits the Deer Club, where Chiharu becomes genuinely curious about what Torako and her clubmates do, even though they're just lazy and doing random things.
Oh yeah, this is Noko Shikanoko where she presented what happened in the previous episode. I bet Nokotan has an ABEMA account as she showed Koshitan singing in front of a deer.
Additionally, it features a dance scene that resembles the infamous Bully Maguire scene in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 3.
Speaking of Nokotan, she'll give some grass to Chiharu Tsubameya, which I find silly since Nokotan can open her skull and take out an item from it. Of course Chiharu will accept-
Oh wait, it seems Tsubameya wants to take Nokotan's grass as her expression screams “Shikanoko-senpai has noticed me!” despite not showing her emotions.
Thinking back, the reason Chiharu came to the Deer Club was because she wanted to get a close look at Noko Shikanoko.
Now let's move on to the next character named Kinu Tanukikouji, the secretary who is currently helping Torako Koshi clean up the storage room. Let's hope that no one plays-
Wait, someone closed the door because Kinu and Koshitan couldn't get out. But you know, sooner or later someone will rescue them!
However, this is when Tanukikouji falls into a state of panic, fearing that she and Koshi will be forgotten by everyone and left to die in the storage room.
It's surprising that Kinu has a bit of low self-esteem, but it doesn't seem like they'll be stuck in the storage room forever.
So it was time for Koshitan to call Nokotan, though the deer girl was thinking of something else…
Something like deer biscuits that Nokotan composed a song out of. Megumi Han has to be commended for her performance of “Kazoku ni narou yo, Hino de” because it was quite touching.
Luckily, that didn't happen and it took a long time before Noko Shikanoko opened the door and Kinu Tanukikouji and Torako Koshi were finally rescued.
And speaking of Koshitan, while she was glad that Nokotan saved them from being trapped forever, the reason Nokotan went to the storage room was because she was growing some mushrooms there.
Wait a minute, Nokotan is doing some illegal activities over there! On the other hand, where's Kinu-chan?
Oh, she's hiding in a stew box while surrounded by mushrooms. Don't tell me Nokotan put those mushrooms in the box?!
And speaking of Nokotan, she accused Kinu of stealing them even though Tanukikouji wouldn't do that because of her personality. However, I'm glad that Kinu and Koshitan are still alive at the end of this episode.
Now let's end with the Deer Club inviting Tanukikouji and Tsubameya to dinner while Meme Bashame makes mushroom rice. By the way, are we missing anything?
Oh wait, I forgot Neko Nekoyamada is the student council vice president who was left alone. Man, I feel bad that Kinu and Chiharu abandoned her.
Don't give up Neko-chan, one day you'll win against Torako Koshi… if you beat Noko Shikanoko first! Anyway, see you next time!
