“One year has passed since the liberation of the 'Sanctuary', achieved through Subaru's fierce battle against the attacking Elsa and his contract with Beatrice during the confrontation with the Big Rabbit. Camp Emilia, preparing for the royal selection, enjoyed peaceful and fulfilling days with the solidarity of everyone.
However, that peace ended when a single letter arrived by a messenger. The letter was an invitation sent to Emilia from Anastasia to the water gate city, Priestella, one of the five great cities of Lugunica and a candidate for royal selection.
Accepting the invitation, Subaru and his companions head to Priestella, where many reunions await them. Some are unexpected, some are unintentional, and some are yet to come. Beneath the surface, sinister forces stir and an unprecedented crisis emerges.
