Delicious Dungeon episode 4 review and summary – Rampant Orcs
Laios and his team are back with some new recipes and adventures. They were now on the third level of the dungeon, which was famous for not having many food options. But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t have any inhabitants, because now that the dungeon has gone into the once very luxurious castle, you’ll get dusty statues and molded walls. You will also see walking skeletons, vampires or zombies and sometimes adventures like Laios, who also come to defeat the evil magician.
In this episode, what we see are golems, which are magical creatures made from mud and are essentially puppets who follow their creator’s commands. Thankfully, for Marcille, one cannot eat these because 99% of them are made up of dirt, but they can be used in a very clever way, according to Senshi.
Senshi has truly perfected the art of living alone, as in the third part of this dungeon he even has a hideout filled with the necessary things a person may need. From here, he hunts on the 2nd and 4th floors and occasionally goes to the top to get important ingredients. And it was here that he also grew his own crops, using the corpses of golems for farming.
He literally removes the core of these things, plants whatever seeds he wants and then rebuilds them because it’s much easier to grow plants like this because they don’t require maintenance. maintain. Not only that, he is also the one who preserves these golems so that creatures from the lower part of the dungeon do not terrorize the beasts in the upper area or escape from the dungeon. He does these things because he feels like he is giving something back to the dungeon for living off its resources and eating its inhabitants.
Through this episode, we learn how deeply connected the Senshi are to the dungeon and how much this place has become his home. Even though he knows that it would be easier for him to live outside, he doesn’t want to and is willing to make every effort to keep the place well preserved and protected from foreign entities. And even then, he was willing to go on this difficult adventure with Laios, so that they would not starve.
We also witness the importance of the Senshi when everyone is attacked by Orcs. They are some of the most dangerous denizens of the dungeon, who do not think twice before killing their natural enemies, humans and goblins.
Verdict
This is another fun episode that talks about recipes but also gives us information about the dungeon. We learn how dangerous it is to live a normal life here and also gain some insight into the hostility the Orcs share with humans and elves.
