According to the announcement on X of One Piece's official account, Shueisha will release a new re-edited version of the One Piece manga called Character Remix as part of the Shueisha Jump Remix collection. These episodes will compile chapters related to each Straw Hat in chronological order to help fans follow every Straw Hat's journey in One Piece from their perspective from the past story to the meeting. with Luffy and set sail with him.

The Luffy episodes will likely be very similar to the original manga as fans know, largely told from Luffy's perspective. That said, Luffy's journey may not have begun with Romance Dawn but in the Kingdom of Goa, starting with his meeting with Ace and Sabo, which in the One Piece manga was only shown around 500 chapter in the story following the events at Marineford. Likewise, Sanji's episode could also recount his childhood in the Germa Kingdom and his meeting with Zeff in the same order, which would certainly be even more heartbreaking than before combined.
