Nano Eiai features a beautiful new illustration drawn by 100 Girls Who Really, Really, Really, Really Love You anime character designer Akane Yano. It was drawn before the rebroadcast of Episode 5 of the anime in Japan. It was the episode where Nano Eiai first appeared and was titled “Super Efficient Girl”. Bibury Animation Studios' anime premiered in October 2023 and is 12 episodes long. Immediately after the finale, Season 2 was announced. You can also watch Nano Eiai's highlight video, which features some fan-favorite scenes, including her.

Rikito Nakamura writes the source manga, with art by Yukiko Nozawa. The manga began serialization in 2019 in Weekly Young Jump, licensed in English by Seven Seas Entertainment. Crunchyroll streams the anime. The story is about Aijo Rentaro who was tainted by a god and now he ends up with 100 soulmates who will die if he rejects them. This leads to the slow creation of a giant harem of all sorts of tropes, in which Rentaro meets each girl one by one and gradually falls in love with each one.
