The staff of Kodansha's Young Magazine announced on Monday that manga creator Chicchi Yukinaga has passed away. No cause of death has been given. The magazine's editors recognized Yukinaga for launching the magazine more than two years ago with works imbued with passion and talent.
Yukinaga's ongoing Satsudou series will end publication and the magazine's staff will announce future plans for publishing compiled volumes at a later date. Yukinaga launched the series in Weekly Young Magazine with artist Nadainishi on January 23.
Yukinaga and Nadainishi also created the manga Rocopon, and Yukinaga created Hazure Skill”Nigeru”de Ore wa Kyokugen Tei Level no Mama Saikyō o Manga Mezasu.
