The anime adaptation of The Loner Life in Another World has received its first trailer and an October 2024 release date. More voice actors and staff have also been announced.
Akio Kazumi (Fist of the Blue Sky Re: Genesis) will direct the show, that is Hayabusa Cooperation in film production and Passion. Those two studios also have them Frontier Engine credit support for animated film production cooperation. Kenta Ihara (Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy) is the creator of the series, while Keiya Nakano (Keijo!!!!!!!!) is the character designer.

Loner Life in Another World is based on the Overlap Bunko novel series written by Shoji Goji and is now illustrated by Saku Enomaru (Booota was the original illustrator). The series started in 2018 and will release volume 14 on April 25, 2024.
Seven Seas Entertainment describes the plot as:
When ironic loner Haruka is taken with his class to another world, he's not up for adventure, but he wouldn't mind having some cool powers. Unfortunately, he ended up in last place when the magic cheating skills were divided up, so when it was Haruka's turn, there were no good options left. Now Haruka will have to face this fantasy world the hard way – alone with countless bizarre skills! When infighting and chaos erupts among classmates, can this loner come to the rescue?

Loner Life In Another World was originally a web novel, launched on Shousetsuka ni Narou in 2016. The light novel was inspired by the manga by Bibi.
Shuichiro Umeda will voice the main character Haruka in the anime.
