Anime Trending will host the LIMITS x Anime Trending Global Qualifier, an online event that will be streamed live over the weekend of August 17 via YouTube.
Applications will open on July 16, and artists can submit their artwork for a pre-determined set of themes. Anime Trending fans will vote for their favorites, and the Top 4 will go on to compete online in a single-elimination format.

Create. Challenge. Overcome. That's the driving force behind LIMITS. A new way to inspire artists.
Artists battle one-on-one with two randomly selected themes and a 20-minute timer!
Each artist finds their own way to respond to the themes, expressing their skills, experiences, interests and styles. Artists can use whatever process and tools they like, whether it is Illustration, Animation, Comics, Art or Design!
Each battle lasts 20 minutes. The creative process and final submissions will be judged and the audience along with the judges will vote to determine the winner.
