Kibou no Chikara ~Otona Precure 23~ coming soon, with an adult version of Yes! Precure 5/Yes! Precure 5 GoGo! and the characters of Futari wa Pretty Cure Splash Star, finally received a proper trailer offering scenes from the anime. The trailer also reveals the opening theme song “Tokimeki” by Ikimonogatari and revealed a launch date in Japan on October 7.

Kibou no Chikara ~Otona Precure 23~ has been announced as part of a plan to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Pretty Cure series with a Mahou Tsukai Precure! next part. Both titles are described as aimed at adult fans.
The returning cast includes Yuuko Sanpei as Nozomi Yumehara, Junko Takeuchi as Rin Natsuki, Orie Kimoto as Saki Hyuga, Atsuko Enomoto as Mai Misho, Mariya Ise as Urara Kasugano, Ai Nagano as Komachi Akimoto, Ai Maeda as Karen Minazuki and Eri Sendai as Kurumi Mimino. Meanwhile, the anime’s staff includes:

That’s right! Precure 5 was released in 2007 and is both the fourth Precure title and the first to feature more than one Pretty Cure pair (Yes! Precure 5 got five, while 2008’s Yes! Precure 5 GoGo! increased the number. six). On the other hand, Futari wa Pretty Cure Splash Star is the third installment in the series.
The Pretty Cure franchise began with 2004’s Futari wa Precure (titled Pretty Cure in English), whose second season in 2005 subtitled Max Heart began airing shortly after it ended. The latest movie is Soaring Sky! Pretty Cure (Hirogaru Sky! Precure), premiered in Japan on February 5 this year.
