KADOKAWA just announced the establishment of a new animation studio named Bellnox Films.
This new studio is led by the producer Koji Kajitaformer president Gonzo and is the co-founder of David Production and will begin operations on July 1, 2024.
KADOKAWA said that the establishment of Bellnox Films is an attempt to solve the industry's problems—currently, the number of anime productions is increasing but there is a lack of manpower.
In its 2021 financial report, KADOKAWA said it wants to produce 40 titles per year through 2023.
