When the war with Mahoraga began, Sukuna was overwhelmed by Mahoraga’s adaptability. But somehow he managed to kill Ieri and free Megumi.
He then dropped Megumi near Ieri and returned to Itadori. Itadori realized he had killed many people, which caused him to have a mental breakdown.

The next episode will begin with Nanami’s death when Mahito touches him in front of Itadori. In a rage, Itadori attacks Mahito.
We see a flashback after Gojo is sealed, when Mahito splits into two souls to search for Itadori. One is with Itadori, and the other is with Nobara.
During the fight between Itadori and Mahito, Mahito always annoys Itadori by saying that they are the same, because this time Itadori is fighting with full fury.
