Although Yuji's domain remains a mystery to everyone, some Jujutsu Kaisen fans have found a “sneaky” key to unlocking its power.
Despite being the main character, Yuji has not received much attention in Jujutsu Kaisen recently. But that eventually changes when he reveals his ability to expand his territory in Chapter 264, trapping Sukuna inside.
Yuji's domain initially appears as an empty train station before it expands into an abandoned town in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 265. However, it doesn't seem to have any offensive capabilities, as Yuji and Sukuna spend all their time wandering around.
Furthermore, Sukuna mysteriously reappears in Yuji's body when in reality, he is inside Megumi while wearing his own face. How the ancient curse changed his appearance remains incomprehensible at this point, both to Sukuna and the readers.

But this seemingly harmless front was about to collapse very soon. At the end of Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 265Yuji threatens Sukuna to leave Megumi's body and return to him in exchange for saving the cursed life.
While Sukuna clearly doesn't accept Yuji's offer, fans think that this is the real key to the power of this land. Yuji's deal is essentially a Binding Oath. If the target of this land accepts what he offers, they will be spared from Yuji's cursed technique: soul separation.
However, if the target refuses (as Sukuna did), the technique will be unleashed on them. Due to the sure nature of the range extension, there will be no way to avoid its true power then.

“By allowing Sukuna to escape the soul that was inevitably destroyed from his domain, its effectiveness was increased, since Sukuna refused the deal. JUST LIKE HOW SUKUNA DID WITH HIS OPEN DOMAIN,” one user posted on Reddit.
“Imagine if in the next Chapter, Sukuna's head gets chopped off like he did to Yuji in the binding oath to revive Yuji,” another person chimed in.
“I don't know what Yuji's domain does, but I know it's going to be dark. Those are the eyes of a threat,” a third added.
This is a well thought out theory and fits perfectly with the dramatic style of Jujutsu Kaisen. This is very likely true in the manga, as Yuji's expressions and threats promise nothing but retribution. Since the second round of Yuji vs. Sukuna is about to begin, this could just be the end of Sukuna.
