Comic about a girly girl who loves rock music coming out in 2022
The official X account (formerly Twitter) for Hakusensha's Young Animal magazine announced on Monday that Hiroshi Fukuda's Rock wa Lady no Tashinamideshite (Rock is a Lady's Modesty) will be getting a television anime adaptation in 2025. Fukuda drew an illustration to commemorate the announcement:

The Lady x Rock Youth manga is set in an all-girls school that is home to beautiful, feminine young girls from all over the country. A girl named Ririsa Suzunomiya, who becomes the daughter of a real estate tycoon after her mother remarries, gives up her guitar and love of rock music to act like a rich young girl. But her passion for rock music is rekindled when she meets a skilled drummer who attends the same girls' school.
Fukuda launched the manga in Young Animal magazine in October 2022. Hakusensha published the manga's first compiled book volume in April 2023, and the fifth volume will ship on July 29.
Fukuda published the original Mushibugyō manga from 2009 to 2010, and Shogakukan compiled and published three compiled book volumes. Fukuda launched his new Jōjū Senjin!! Mushibugyō manga, which revamps the basic story, in 2011 and ended it in September 2017. Shogakukan published the manga's 32nd and final compiled book volume in October 2017.
Jōjū Senjin!! Mushibugyō inspired a 26-episode anime television series that aired in 2013. Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired. The manga also inspired three original anime video episodes that came with volumes 15, 16, and 17 of the manga.
Fukuda launched the manga Gofun-go no Sekai in 2018 in Shogakukan's Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine and ended it in 2018. 2019.
