The game was brought to life by Square Enix’s Creative Business Unit III, with the illustrious Naoki Yoshida (known for his work on Final Fantasy XIV) as producer and Hiroshi Takai (also famous for Final Fantasy XIV ) directing the project. The game’s catchy theme song, “Tsuki Wo Miteita – Moongazing,” is performed by Kenshi Yonezu.
In an exciting twist, Final Fantasy XVI will transcend the realm of gaming to grace the stage in a musical adaptation of the popular all-female Takarazuka Revue.
