In a recent interview with Da Vinci Magazine, Akasaka explained that Oshi No Ko will take a different approach towards Kaguya Sama.
Unlike Kaguya-sama, where every character gets a logical ending, Akasaka shared that Oshi No Ko will focus mainly on ending the main plot, even if some characters do not receive their fair share. individual ending.
“We named the final part of [Oshi no Ko] is “Aim for the stars and dreams”. We were worried about whether we captured the essence of that image in the manga. When I play Kaguya-sama, I tend to give each character a proper send-off, but this time I have no intention of doing that.
