The Monsters: 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation anime, based on the one-shot manga “Monsters: Ippaku Sanjō Hiryū Jigoku” by Eiichiro Oda, has revealed its cast and premiere date of January 22 through a new trailer on its YouTube channel. One Piece.
The film will be available on Netflix from the same day. Hosoya, who previously voiced the character in a dub adaptation, will take on the role.

The anime series is set in a world where the only potential threat comes from the sky in the form of dragons, adapting Eiichiro Oda’s one-volume manga before One Piece was serialized.
The cast includes (from left to right):

The story revolves around Samurai Ryuma. Directed by Sunghoo Park, known for Jujutsu Kaisen and Jujutsu Kaisen 0, the anime will be just one episode long. Park’s new studio, E&H Production, is handling the animation.
Originally appeared in Wanted! Oda’s one-shot manga anthology, Monsters: 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation first appeared in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1994, along with Wanted! published by Shueisha in Japan in 1998.
