Ox-King’s daughter and Fire Mountain’s princess come to life in fun Dragon Ball cosplay.
Uploaded to Reddit by Usamame, the Chi-Chi costume recreates the boxer’s red and blue dress and sees her holding a spoon in an intimidating manner; potentially, she’s trying to intimidate her husband, Dragon Ball protagonist Son Goku, to become a better and more present father to their children. Usatame has created impressive cosplays for other notable anime/manga fans like Haru from BEASTARS, Ai Ohto from Wonder Egg Priority and Power from Chainsaw Man.
Dragon Ball fans’ epic cosplays
Chi-Chi isn’t the only character from Akira Toriyama’s best-selling manga classic that continues to spark fans’ imaginations. Other recent cosplays include the thrift store version of Master Roshi that accurately reflects the old man’s perverted nature and the interpretation of the Bulma Briefs reimagining the scientist as a bunny girl. Furthermore, the Prince of all Saiyans, Vegeta, received a feminine makeover in an epic, gender-swapping Dragon Ball cosplay.
Movie about Dragon Ball coming soon on Crunchyroll
Fans of Toriyama’s work have much more to offer than fan-generated content, such as cosplay. For example, some of the affiliated movies in the Dragon Ball multimedia series can now be streamed on Crunchyroll. This includes Dragon Ball Z: Cooler’s Revenge and Dragon Ball Z: Return of Cooler, both of which focus on Goku’s confrontation with Frieza’s brother, and Dragon Ball Z: Super Android 13, which sees a Saiyan scene obsessed with food and the battle against a new group of dangerous and dangerous cyborgs.
On June 29, Dragon Ball Z: Broly – The Legendary Super Saiyan, Dragon Ball Z: Broly – Second Coming, and Dragon Ball Z: Bio-Broly will launch their streaming service, and on July 6, Dragon Ball Super: Broly, the highest-grossing film in the franchise to date, will appear on the platform. The latter serves as a gentle reboot of the main character’s plot and characterization. Taking place after Frieza teams up with Goku, Vegeta, and teammates to fight in the Tournament of Power, the film sees Broly at the behest of an intergalactic tyrant throwing down two rivals who become friends.
Furthermore, Chikashi Kubota, the animation director of Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, has expressed his desire to reboot the franchise. He shared his thoughts with Toei Animation, but at the time of this writing, it is unknown if the studio is interested in the idea.
Toriyama’s manga is distributed in North America, and several anime adaptations are also available to stream on Crunchyroll.
