Bandai Namco just announced that its latest Dragon Ball game, DRAGON BALL: Sparking ZERO, has sold 3 million copies in 24 hours. The game previously topped the pre-order charts for both Playstation and Steam. You can see the thank you image below.
DRAGON BALL: Sparking ZERO – Game sold 3 million copies in 24 hours
The game is developed by Spike Chunsoft, who also previously worked on DRAGON BALL Z: BUDOKAI TENKAICHI. It is the first installment in the DRAGON BALL Z: BUDOKAI TENKAICHI series in 15 years and was released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC on October 11. Players can play Battle by episodeallowing them to choose one of eight characters and relive key battle moments in the DRAGON BALL story or installment Customize Battleswhere they can try their hand at a match imagined by the developer or create their own battle scenario and share it with the world.
The new Dragon Ball anime, Dragon Ball DAIMA, also premiered on October 11. It features an origin story by the franchise's late creator, Akira Toriyama.
