The upcoming live-action film adaptation of Cells at Work! has released a new trailer featuring the main theme song “50%” by Official HIGE DANdism. The film will premiere in Japan on December 13. The band is known for their anime theme songs such as “Cry Baby” and “White Noise” for Tokyo Revengers and “Mixed Nuts” for Spy x Family.

Cells at Work is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Akane Shimizu. It was serialized in Kodansha's Monthly Shonen Sirius magazine from January 2015 to January 2021. A spin-off manga titled Cells at Work! Code Black was also released, which ran from 2018 to 2021.
The series has been adapted into an anime by David Production, with two seasons airing from July 2018 to February 2021, totaling 21 episodes. The franchise also includes a feature film and a 13-episode anime adaptation of the Cells at Work! Code Black spin-off, both animated by LIDEN FILMS.
