An anime television adaptation of The Catcher in the Ballpark Tatsuro SUGA! The manga (Ballpark de Tsukamaete!) will begin airing in 2025.

Junichi Kitamura (Fluffy Paradise) is directing The Catcher in the Ballpark! in EMT Squared with Shigeru Murakoshi (I Parry Everything) is the creator of the series and Fumio Ida (Yadamon, Basquash! co-designed characters) is the character designer.
Fairouz Ai and Satoshi Inomata plays the characters Ruriko and Murata respectively.
The manga debuted in September 2020 on Kodansha's Morning and has 14 volumes as of July 2024. The series is mainly set at a soccer field and follows several characters.
