I still haven't forgotten what the world was like four years ago. I've long been hesitant to talk about anything political on Ogiue Maniax, but the importance of the US election in the face of a pandemic that has killed a previously unfathomable number of people has made me must address that issue more directly. When the dust cleared, I thought (or perhaps hoped) that at least one of the monsters we had to deal with would be gone forever, but clearly I had been naive. So here we are again.
I hope everyone can vote if possible. I'm not going to say who to vote for (although my inclinations are probably clear) and I know that voting is a failure of effective political participation, but I really think this is an important election that will decide a lot of things. of the future. Let us get rid of these fearmongers who want to scapegoat various groups while they line the pockets of their supporters.
In other news, I need to mention the fact that Patreon is changing the way it charges its supporters due to Apple's shenanigans. Whereas I used to bill people at the beginning of the month, now it depends on when you start your subscription.
So thank you to everyone who supports me on Patreon. I still don't know what next month will be like!
