The official website for Aniplex.exe's ATRI: My Dear Moments television anime revealed the anime's second promotional video, key visual, opening and ending songs, and premiere on July 13 . Video introducing the opening song Ano Hikari (That Light) by Nogizaka46. Idol group 7/22 performed the ending theme song “YES to NO no Aida ni” (Between YES and NO).

The anime will premiere on July 13 on Tokyo MX, BS11, Gunma TV, and Tochigi TV channels at 24:00 JST (effective July). 14 at 12pm JST). The anime will also be streamed on d Anime Store in Japan on July 13 at 24:30 JST (effective at 12:30 a.m. July 14).

The anime's cast includes:
Makoto Katō (Bloom Into You, Lord El-Melloi II's Case Files: Rail Zeppelin Grace note) is directing the series at TROYCA, and Jukki Hanada (Love Live! Superstar!!, Sound! Euphonium, A Place Beyond Than the Universe) responsible for writing the script for the series. Asuta Konno at Frontwing is credited with writing the original story and Yusano and Moto4 drafted the original character designs. Michio Satō is adapting those designs into animation and Fuminori Matsumoto is composing the music.
The all-ages game also has a manga adaptation launching in Kadokawa's Comptiq magazine in October 2022. Jako is drawing the manga.
Aniplex.exe describes ATRI: My Dear Moments:
Ikaruga Natsuki, a boy who lost his mother and leg in an accident several years ago, returns disillusioned from harsh life in the big city to find his old country house half-swallowed by the sea.
Leaving his family behind, all he has is the ship and submarine left to him by his oceanographic grandmother, and her debts.
His only hope of restoring the dreams for the future he has lost is to take advantage of the opportunity given to him by suspicious debt collector Catherine. They set sail to search the sunken ruins of his grandmother's laboratory to find the treasure rumored to have been left there.

Aniplex.exe released the game on PC in English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese in June 2020. The game is also available on Nintendo Switch and on iOS and Android.
