Episode 7 shows the events after the Garden Party, when Maomao is given bed rest after drinking the poison.
Jinshi’s assistant arrived with poisoned soup, and they deduced who the culprit was. It turns out that Lady Lishua’s food taster was the one who made this scene happen.
She did this because Lishua was not ready to dress like her maid. Maomao then learns that she can now visit home thanks to the pins she received at the party.
She managed to lure Li Haku (the boy who gave her a pin) to vouch for her, when she proposed a night with the best prostitute in her town. And so, Maomao tried to return home for three days.

The next episode will feature Maomao’s return to her hometown, when a poisoning incident occurs just as she arrives home: a case between a prostitute and her client.
She tries to deduce this to the best of her ability but calls her father to deduce it further. She then witnesses the little cleaner trying to kill the customer.
Maomao later learned that this customer had rejected this girl’s sister after asking for her. This caused her to commit suicide, which in turn led to this little girl developing a grudge.
Maomao then deduces that the prostitute was responsible for the poisoning, as she wanted to kill this customer for his reputation.
