AlphaPolis announced on Wednesday that Shizuru Minazukui’s light novel A Journey Through Another World: Raising Kids While Adventureuring (Isekai Yururi Kik: Kosodate Shinagara Bōkensha Shimasu) is inspiring an anime adaptation due out next year. 2024. Voice actresses and real-life sisters Aina Suzuki and Miharu Hanai will play twin sisters Allen and Elena in the anime.

Atsushi Nigorikawa (Love Tyrant, A Destructive God) Sits Next to Me, Beast Tamer) is directing the anime at EMT Squared, with production by Bros. Bird.
Staff describes the story:
Due to the fault of a god, Takumi Kayano lost his life and was reincarnated. Gifted with various skills, he finds himself transported to another world—a dangerous forest filled with monsters. In that forest, Takumi discovered what appeared to be a pair of boy and girl twins, whom he named Allen and Elena, and took them under his protection. Although surprised by the two easily defeating monsters with his martial arts skills, Takumi eventually reaches a town and signs up with the adventurer guild to make a living. Thus begins the comfortable life of an adventurer as Takumi watches Allen and Elena grow up!
AlphaPolis published the first volume of the novel series with illustrations by Yamakawa in April 2017, and published the 15th novel volume on September 21. Tomomi Mizuna launched the manga adaptation on AlphaPolis’ website in January 2018. AlphaPolis published the manga’s seventh volume on March 24. AlphaPolis published four volumes of the manga in English through its Alpha Manga service.
