Anime will premiere in 2025.
The project launched in April 2022 with the theme of “a cappella,” “high school girls,” and “complex.” The story of six high school girls who grew up through a cappella music has spawned voice-over stories, music videos (in which the characters’ voice actresses try their hand at a cappella), and documentary videos about their lessons.
The music project previously revealed the cast for the new band Parabola:
Pony Canyon and THE ORAL CIGARETTES rock band member Takuya Yamanaka (Scarlet Nexus, Noragami Aragoto) created the original concept, and Yamanaka also wrote the script. Che-Rico is credited as the original character designer. Pony Canyon produced the music.
