The upcoming anime adaptation of A Girl & Her Guard Dog has received a main trailer, more previews of the main characters’ relationships as well as the recently announced opening theme song “Suki ni Naccha Dame” na Hito” of Masayoshi Ooishi.
A Girl & Her Guard Dog will premiere in Japan on September 28 (that’s September 29 at 12:30 a.m. JST). It is based on the Kodansha-published manga series by Hatsuharu which Kodansha US describes as:

Yoshihiro Takamoto (VAZZROCK THE ANIMATION) is directing the anime television series at Project number 9 with Aya Satsuki (Ippon! Again) is the creator of the series and Yukiko Ban (Yowamushi Pedal: Limit Break) is the character designer. The cast includes Akari Kitou as Isaku Senagaki, Yuuichirou Umehara as Keiya Uto, Junya Enoki as Mikio Tanuki and Mai Nakaharanh> as Kaori Sekiya.
The manga began in 2018 and will release its ninth tankoubon volume on September 13 of this year. It is serialized in Bessatsu Friend and published under the Kodansha Comics Bessatsu Friend label.
