The anime adaptation of Wookjakga’s webcomic “A Returner’s Magic Should Be Special,” also known as “Kikansha no Mahō wa Tokubetsu Desu” in Japanese, has released a character promotional video on it. Official website. This video highlights the main character, Desir Herman.
The anime is scheduled to premiere in October, with Crunchyroll streaming the series in real time as it unfolds.

The anime’s cast includes:
Mitsumi Fujiwara as Pram Schnaizer Takuma Terashima as Desir Herman Sayumi Suzushiro as Romantica Eru
Taishi Kawaguchi directed the anime as a director at Arvo Animation, while Takamitsu Kouno (known for works such as “She Professed Herself Pupil of the Wise Man,” “Absolute Duo” and “We Without Wings – Under” the Innocent Sky”) takes on the role of writer and supervisor.
Hiromi Kato, known for her roles in “The Violinist of Hamelin,” “Kobato.,” and “Irina: The Vampire Cosmonaut,” showed off her talent in character design. Eiji Iwase serves as art director, with artistic support assigned to Masahiro Kama.

Art design contributions came from Kazushige Kanehira, Akihiro Hirasawa, Yasuhiro Okumura and Tomoyasu Fujise. Hideki Imaizumi handled the visuals as the photography director, while Kenta Higashiohji, known for “Pole Princess!!,” composed the music.
Shōtarō Hashiguchi served as prop designer and Aiko Matsuyama assumed responsibility as key color artist. Ryoko Kaneshige expertly handles the editing process, while Takatoshi Hamano serves as sound director, with Yasumasa Koyama overseeing the sound effects. Audio production was entrusted to Magic Capsule.
The opening theme, “Get Back,” will be performed by FLOW.

In the midst of a world dominated by the Dark World, where humanity faces extinction, a group of six brave heroes embark on a mission to save their world. However, their noble efforts met with failure.
