Bartender Glass Of God Episode 3 Review and Summary – An Experienced Bartender
In this episode, the manager of The Cardinal decides to hire a backup bartender as a bartender with no certainty that Sasakura will join the Cardinal. They were concerned that Sasakura might not agree to their offer and have them hanged. Plus, the Chairman is especially obsessed with the bar because he has to compete with the legendary bartender, Kuzuhara. He works at the infamous Bar K, which serves the best food in the country.
We then see Yukari attend a high-class party where Kuzuhara receives a prestigious award in Bartending and is hailed as Mr Perfect. He is a proud bartender who knows the Chairman well and his habits of being picky about his drinks and his bartenders. But even he became surprised and somewhat annoyed when he learned that a new bartender like Sasakura was trying to impress the manager. Kuzuhara then goes to meet and check on Sasakura, and there, things get quite interesting.
This is the first episode where we see someone as talented and experienced as, if not more talented and experienced than, our main character in the anime. Kuzuhara had been in this business for a long time, and it was natural for him to feel restless that a young, inexperienced bartender was influencing the Chairman.
Therefore, it was important for him, as a senior, to smooth things over with his newer opponent. But this is more good than bad because if someone isn't perfect, it means they still have room to grow. However, the truth is that blatantly and frankly dismissing the effort is damaging, even if you know about your mistake.
This was evident to the new customer, to whom Sasakura had to give rather harsh words just to motivate.

Verdict
Today's episode is another easy-to-understand one, with some facts about the drink that many of us may not know. This anime definitely has a special audience that wants to know about the world of bartending. But again, if you are looking for excitement here then it is a wrong decision on your part. This anime offers that adult feel-good feeling that you sometimes crave instead of the usual stuff.
