Anime Go, Go, Loser Ranger has announced the artist for the ending theme song at the Anime Japan 2024 event. Akari Nanawo will perform the ending theme song titled “Seikai wa Iranai” (Don't Need the Right Answer).
Prior to the news of the ending theme song, the Go, Go, Loser Ranger anime revealed that Tatsuya Kitani will perform the opening theme song “Jikai Yokoku”. You can hear it in the recently released trailer.
Yostar Pictures is producing the film's animation, with Keiichi Sato as director. The anime will be streaming on Disney+ from April 7. The remaining staff includes Keichiro Ohchi as scriptwriter, Kahoko Kosei as character designer, Kenji Hayama as animation supervisor, and Yoshihiro Ike as a composer.
The main cast includes Yusuke Kobayashi as Footsoldier D, Daishi Kajita as Hibiki Sakurama and Yumika Yano as Yumeko Suzukiri. Azumi Waki, Yuichi Nakamura, Hina Yomiya, Akari Kito, Seiichiro Yamashita and Hiroyuki Yoshino will also appear in Go, Go, the Lost Cavalry Anime!
The anime adaptation Go, Go, Loser Ranger (stylized as Go! Go! Loser Ranger!)) is based on the manga series written and illustrated by Negi Haruba (creator of The Quintessential Quintuplets). It has been serialized in Kodansha's Weekly Shonen Magazine since February 2021. Kodansha USA licensed it in English and they describe the story: When the Monster Army invaded Earth thirteen years ago , the Divine Dragon Squad has emerged to stop them! As war rages, these great heroes are humanity's last hope!…or are they? In truth, the invaders were conquered within a year, forced to continue slaying one monster each week for the Squad to crush before their admiring fans! But one monster has had enough. Something must change! He will rebel against the power of the Dragon Rangers and destroy them all…from within!
