As previously reported, Black Myth: Wukong was originally planned to have about 15 chapters but was later cut to optimize the game's capacity. And these cut contents will become DLC versions released later, helping Game Science earn more revenue from releasing updates while optimizing the capacity for players to download more easily. Those names are Kim Si Dieu, Thanh Su Vuong and Bach Tuong Vuong.
According to a source from a famous leaker in Black Myth: Wukong, Ignus, the sequel to the game is also planned to be produced by Game Science.
It is expected to be called Black Myth: Jiang Ziya and is expected to be released next summer. This project is new but is expected to stick to the gameplay style that made Black Myth: Wukong successful at the moment and the number of bosses is estimated to be up to 80.
