Admittedly, Black Myth: Wukong is not a game with too much replay value.
Especially when according to gamers' feedback, experiencing New Game (reincarnation) mode is relatively easy. It is not until Samsara 4 that all challenges become more difficult. At the same time, the fact that Black Myth: Wukong does not have too many things to explore also makes it no longer maintain the same appeal as the first experience. Therefore, it is understandable that Black Myth: Wukong's DLC is what gamers want the most.
Based on information from Game Science, there will be 2 DLCs for Black Myth: Wukong.
And right now there is a wealth of information about the content of those two extended versions. Accordingly, the first DLC will be called Reborn. True to its name, in the DLC, we will no longer play the role of Thien Menh Nhan but will return to the role of the true Qi Thien Dai Thanh, after being revived by finding all six roots. Continuing with chapter 7 titled “The Blessing of Huyen Anh” will also reveal the background and opponents of Sun Wukong in battle. That is Huyen Anh cave in Thanh Long mountain. According to the original story, this place is ruled by three demons – the defeated generals of Pigsy before and there is a high possibility that we will meet the Ox Demon King again – as allies.
Chapter 8 is called Diamond Light, takes place at Thua Thang Mountain and is also where the Golden Bird appears. According to the original work, this is a monster so noble and strong that Sun Wukong had to ask Buddha for help to pass the test. It's unknown how strong Kim Si Dieu in Black Myth: Wukong will be, but this will certainly be an extremely difficult challenge for gamers. Chapter 9 of the game is rumored to be titled “Tears of the Nine-Headed Insect”. Chapter 10 has also leaked the name “Hong Tran's Tears” and the context will be set in Nu Nhi Kingdom – a kingdom with only women with extremely harsh rules. The final boss of this chapter is even thought by gamers to be Tang Tang.
Of course, everything is still just speculation and Game Science itself has not yet made any confirmation. And even though everything sounds reasonable, it's clear that Black Myth: Wukong gamers have reason to be “half-confident” about this information flow.
