The official website for the live-action film adaptation of the manga Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru (My Dress-Up Darling) has revealed the first promotional video for the project. The video features two versions that showcase the film's theme songs.
The band Chou Tokimeki Sendenbu will perform the opening theme song “Princess Hero”, while the band PEDRO will perform the ending theme song “Lovely Baby”.
The film is scheduled to premiere on October 8 in Japan and it has been confirmed that the story will be adapted beyond what was seen in the anime.
For his part, Shinichi Fukuda has been publishing the manga in Square Enix's Young Gangan magazine since January 2018. The anime adaptation produced by CloverWorks premiered in Winter 2022 (January – March) and has a total of 12 episodes. Additionally, a project for a sequel to the anime adaptation is also in production.
