This episode is brought to you by Shion Kaminari as she hosts the annual L-1 Grand Prix. So, what kind of event is this, you ask?
Well, it's a manzai duo contest where Live-On! talents form a pair and act out various situations. And by the way, Kaminari will be awarding the winning pair.
And it's worth 200,000 yen straight from Shion's pocket. Unfortunately, Hareru Asagiri and Chami Yanagase couldn't participate since they're basically bunny girls in this episode.
But let's start the competition with Awayuki Kokorone and Sei Utsuki, who have been to the convenience store before. This seems quite normal at first glance.
However, Sei decided to insert some sexual jokes like this futanari set which includes a pair of meat buns and a sausage on a stick. As expected from Sex-sama.
Next up are Hikari Matsuriya and Alice Souma performing a play where the former is the chosen hero while the latter is the demon lord.
Speaking of Hero Hikari, she sacrificed her allies, including the princess, to strengthen her resolve to defeat Alice. Okay, I guess this play didn't sell me.
Now it's time for the final skit where Kaeru Yamatani interviews Nekoma Hirune, who basically made a pity out of it. By the way, Kaeru was originally the one being interviewed by Nekoma.
But you know what, it would have been better if Hirune or Yamatani had copied Ryutaro Nonomura's crying apology. Anyway, let's see who the winning pair was in the L-1 Grand Prix.
Unsurprisingly, both Awayuki Kokorone and Sei Utsuki won 200,000 yen because they will be spending the prize money… on sushi!
And don't worry because Awayuki and Sei-sama will treat everyone to some sushi so this contest will end well.
Now let's move on to the next segment where Awayuki Kokorone invites Eirai Sonokaze to play Ao Oni. Although Kokorone has played Ao Oni a few times, this is Sonokaze's first time playing this horror game made in RPG Maker XP.
And it gets worse for Eirai since she can't play many horror games. So when Ao Oni appears (there are many types, by the way), Sonokaze tries her best to run away as soon as possible.
But as she turns a corner, Eirai Sonokaze's personality changes from a kind zookeeper to an angry yazuka boss as she pulls a monster sword from her staff.
Now, it seems we have witnessed an unusual moment from Sonokaze as she prepares to fight the demon with-Wait, Eirai can't kill Ao Oni on her own.
Anyway, it seems like Eirai Sonokaze ended the game because exorcising the demon didn't work. But you know what, Eirai becoming a yakuza boss during her livestream will forever be remembered by fans.
And so, a new legend was born in the Vtuber world as Awayuki Kokorone and the rest officially welcomed Eirai Sonokaze to join the Live-On!
And speaking of Sonokaze, I have to say that from now on I'll be getting used to being a yakuza boss running a zoo.
One last thing, it's a shame that Eirai didn't sing Bakamitai as the ending song for this episode because that would have been fitting for her character. Anyway, see you next time!
