VIZ Media's SuBLime Boys' Love imprint has announced the acquisition of two new manga series: Pink Heart Jam beat and A Man Who Defies the World of BL. The new licenses were announced in celebration of Day 801 on August 1, 2024, also known in English as Yaoi Day.
Shikke's Pink Heart Jam Rhythm serves as a sequel to the 2020 BL manga Pink Heart Jam. SuBLime will release the manga's first volume digitally and physically in English in May 2025.
A sequel to the manga was first serialized in Mellow Kiss magazine on June 25, 2023. A single tankobon volume has been released since March 2024.

The original Pink Heart Jam manga ran in Mellow Kiss from August 25, 2020 to April 25, 2022. SuBLime released the series in English in digital and physical formats in 2023. A total of two tankobon volumes have been released.
SuBLime describes the first volume of the original series as follows:
Haiga lets Kanae introduce him to homosexuality, and afterward, his naive feelings for Kanae are replaced by a whole new kind of attraction. The first volume of Konkici's A Man Who Defies the World of BL will be released physically and digitally in English by SuBLime in August 2025. The second volume will be released in November 2025, the third in February 2026, and the fourth in May 2026.

The series was first published digitally by Shodensha on Pixiv Comic and the Manga Jam mobile app on November 7, 2018. Four tankōbon volumes have been released as of August 2023.
The manga has also inspired a two-season live-action Japanese television series, with a total of seven episodes. Season one was released on March 27, 2021, and season two was released on March 20, 2022.
SuBLime describes the summary of A Man Who Defies the World of BL as:
A young man lives in a world where he is surrounded by BL storms. His male friends still love each other, but all he wants is to be left alone!
