The upcoming Undead Unluck anime adaptation has revealed key art ahead of its October 6 premiere. Studio David Productions is animating the series and will stream on Hulu in the US. The adaptation will air in two consecutive episodes.

Yuki Yase will direct the anime, based on the manga by Yoshifumi Tozuka. The manga began serialization in 2020 in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. VIZ Media has licensed it in English and describes the plot as:
All Fuuko wants is a passionate romance like the ones in her favorite shoujo manga. Unfortunately, her Unluck ability makes that impossible. But just as Fuuko hits rock bottom, Andy knocks her off her feet—literally! Now she becomes Andy’s reluctant test subject as he works to find a way to trigger a stroke of bad luck big enough to kill him forever. However, when the couple discovers a secret organization is hunting them, Andy’s burial plans are postponed.
