New romantic comedy published in popular Weekly magazine Shonen Jump Magazine, Hima-Tenhas the potential to be a huge hit. Created by Genki Ono, this wholesome and entertaining story follows Tenichi, a high school student who has a part-time job cleaning houses.
The first few chapters show that this responsible and disciplined young man is tasked with helping a new student, Himari, get acquainted with her new school. A funny and relaxing romantic manga that many people will love
The premise of Hima-Ten is one that most readers will enjoy.
To help his mother with the housework after his father was forced to move away for work, Tenichi became an expert cook and cleaner. His talent was recognized by his mother's friends, who hired him to do the same for their family. At school, Tenichi is equally dedicated, known for being reliable and always willing to help. When the young president of a famous cosmetics brand, Himari, transfers to his school, he is tasked with making her feel welcome. Things get chaotic when Tenichi realizes that Himari is also his newest client.
This begins a complex and hilarious adventure in which the two young students try to prevent their classmates from finding out that Tenichi regularly cleans Himari's house. While not as exciting as many of the action-oriented manga from Shonen Jump Magazine, Hima-Ten is a refreshing story, offering readers both an invested plot and a healthy dose of humor. The blossoming relationship between Tenichi and Himari will almost certainly become more complicated as the story progresses, which could be a draw for a good romance story.
Hima-Ten has the potential to be the spiritual successor of Nisekoi
Their stories and characters are similar in the best ways.
A few years ago, the reigning Shonen Jump romantic comedy was overtaken by the beloved Nisekoi. This incredible manga tells the story of Raku and Chitoge, two young students who are forced by their fathers to pretend to be dating. The pair’s exciting adventures, as well as the many mysteries surrounding them, have helped the series gain a significant following. Hima-Ten has the potential to be a worthy successor to this beloved love story. While both stories have significant differences that make each worth reading, they do have important similarities.
Nisekoi fans may want to give Ono's entertaining and wholesome story a try, as they'll find many of the same traits they're familiar with. Tenichi and Himari may not be the children of notorious criminals, but their story is still filled with humorous and touching moments. Done right, Hima-Ten could become one of the most successful new romance stories in Shonen Jump magazine.
