Official Twitter account of Waccha PriMagi! Studio, the innovation of Waccha PriMagi! arcade game, announced on Friday that the game will gradually exit the service after the second Pretty All-Star season update on February 1.
Previously released collections of items will be re-released starting February 8. Friday’s announcement did not yet give an exact date for the end of the service.
The game launched in November 2022 with the “I Have a Lead Role” concept where players can create their character and perform activities such as performing at a music show and walking the runway. The main characters of the renewal include Chimumu, who was previewed in Waccha PriMagi! the final part of the anime and the anime’s main character Myamu.
The Waccha PriMagi! The game’s accompanying anime is the latest television anime in the TAKARA TOMY ARTS series and syn Sophia’s Pretty Series, and it ended with its 51st episode on October 9, 2022. With the series finale, all The Pretty Series series ended 11 and a half years of uninterrupted anime television broadcasting history.
The anime premiered in October 2021 and HIDIVE is streaming the series in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, Scandinavia, Spain, and Portugal. Sentai Filmworks licensed the series and released the show on Blu-ray Disc.
