My Hero Academia Season 7 release date and episode count
The new trailer, shared via the anime's official X (formerly Twitter) account, sets the tone for the upcoming game-changing season. My Hero Academia Season 7 begins on May 4, 2024, but first there will be four special “Memories” recaps that will help refresh new viewers on the events of the first six seasons. These specials will begin on April 6, 2024, airing weekly until all-new episodes of the season begin in May.
My Hero Academia Season 7 will once again be 25 episodes long, featuring some of the manga's most interesting plot twists. Season 7 will adapt the events of the “Star and Stripe” and “UA Traitor” arcs of the manga, as well as the opening of the “Final War” arc of the series. Scenes in the new trailer focus primarily on the latter as the heroes' battle against Shigaraki and All For One reaches a dangerous climax.
