The new Digimon Adventure 02 movie, “The Beginning,” debuted in Indian theaters on Friday after its initial release in Japan on October 27.
The story is set in February 2012, immediately after the events of Digimon Adventure tri. and Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna.

The film follows the main character Daisuke Motomiya and the other main characters who are now 20 years old.
The returning cast includes:

Digimon Adventure 02 is the first direct-to-video anime sequel to the original Digimon Adventure series, airing from April 2000 to March 2001 in Japan and from August 2000 to May 2001 in the United States .
Discotek announced on July 29 that they will release the anime in English and later in Japanese.
