It was recently revealed that the anime The Dangers In My Heart will have collaboration cafes in Ikebukuro this year. The first, held at SHIMAUBA BURGER, debuted on January 26 JST and will run until February 29. The Ikebukuro collaboration cafe project features Kyotaro and Anna in a sauna.
The Dangers In Menu My Heart x SHIMAUMA BURGER offers guests a choice of BokuYaburger (a play on the abbreviation of the Japanese name, BokuYaba) and BokuYaburger Cheese, respectively, with a la carte prices of 1,300 yen (~US $8.80) and 1,400 yen (~9.47 USD). The beef burger (which uses wagyu beef from Awaji Island for the patty) can be upgraded to a set, comes with fries or fries and a drink, and comes with a random Monaca .
The burger designs seem simple and not inspired by the character, and the drinks are standard non-cooperative items, but there will be a free random The Dangers In My Heart postcard ( of 13 designs ) with every burger purchased. Three of them use images of saunas, while the rest feature scenes from the anime. With a 3,000 yen (~US$20.30) bill, customers will receive a random sticker (out of three designs, all based on images).
Collaborative cafe SHIMAUMA BURGER will also have 57mm can badges for sale for 600 yen (~US$4.06) each. Like the postcards, there are a total of 13 designs, three of which use collaborative images. All listed prices include tax.
Details about the second cafe location are largely unknown at this time, but it will be held from February 5 to February 29.
