Kenta Ihara will handle the series composition, while Yuko Ooba and Miyako Nishida will design the characters. Yuki Hayashi will compose the music. Toshiki Kameyama is the sound director. No casting details have been announced at the time of this writing.
Tsuyoshi Yasuda’s Blue Wolves of Mibu manga has been serialized by Weekly Shonen Magazine since October 2021. Kodansha USA recently announced that the manga has been licensed in English and will be released in spring 2024. The plot is described as:

Tsuyoshi Yasuda is known for other manga titles such as Days and Over Drive. Days received an anime adaptation by MAPPA, airing 24 episodes from July to December 2016. Meanwhile, Over Drive received an anime adaptation by studio Xebec, airing from April to September 2007 with 26 episodes. Yasuda is also the author of the manga InspiRED, a collaboration between Kodansha and professional football club Liverpool FC.
